Excellent Service
Fast and efficient, no up selling of parts. We appreciate the care and effort put into maintaining our vehicle. We do need to bring the vehicle back because parts did need to be ordered but the staff rescheduled us immediately and explained fully what was going on with our vehicle (nothing serious). Thank you Mike White Ford for being a Dealership that actually cares about it's long term customers.

Ashton was great to work with. Very honest and upfront
All the employees that I interacted with were very respectful and courteous. Even when I was surprised by some of the charges it was explained in a very understandable way. I will return to Mike White for future work on my vehicle.

Even without an appointment, Quick Lane Advisor Ashton Fowler was able to assist and rectify the problem. He was professional and over delivered. Disappointed with lack of knowledge and communication
I was told from the gal who scheduled my oil change that there might be a person who could look at the Freon levels in my newly purchased vehicle. However, then I got there, there the technician told me that is not true. He said they would have to have the vehicle a whole day to be able to diagnose and fix.

GOOD 1st EXPERIENCE - ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Scheduling was easy, on line, with no waiting for call to be answered and then transferred, etc. etc. On the day of appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early and the staff was ready with necessary work order & answered any questions. The work was done on time — both efficient & effective. Thanks to the service team for sure ... we’ll be back!!
