Very efficient, very polite service personnel.

Very impressed with the level of service we received having our Expedition’s oil changed. It was quick and each employee we were greeted by and the tech who came to explain the extra part we needed were very polite. We are happy that we have purchased two cars from Mike White Ford and yes we do and will recommend the company.

Very good service

I found the staff professional and courteous. My service was done specifically as and when it was agreed to. As well they were very clear as to what the state of various things were (brakes, tire wear etc.) and when I should consider addressing each. Excellent experience with a great team.

Routine Service

Every time I go into Mike White for service I comment afterwards what a breath of fresh air they are for a service department. The area is always clean and organized, they are quick to greet you and immediately assist you. I've been into several other service departments and Mike White is by far the best, friendliest, and most professional. The work has always been completed on time or usually earlier. Keep up the good work.

Slow and Expensive

There's an old adage that there's Good, Fast, and Cheap, pick any two. Well let's give the benefit of the doubt and assume the work is Good. That leaves Fast or Cheap. But I got neither. I made an appointment for a simple oil change - while I waited. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointed time. I was told that it would be 60-90 minutes! I fact took 132 minutes from the appointment time to completion. At $49.95, it was hardly cheap. Please explain why I would ever come back! Our previous experience with another Ford dealer was both cheaper, and completed in less than 30 minutes. What is your value proposition over Jiffy Lube? Pretty sure they can change the oil in a Ford just as well.

Routine Service

I just had my first service since purchasing my 2021 Ford F-350 King Ranch. It was easy to set up the service appointment on their website. I dropped off my vehicle and was shuttled home and back in about 1-1/2 hours. I received excellent customer service and they addressed two issues that were not part of the normal service. Overall I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Helpful as Ever

I didn't have an appointment and noticed that I was over my miles. I stopped in at the end of the day and asked Cole what the availability looked like for the rest of the week. He let me know that he had just helped someone early for an 8 a.m. appointment for the next day so I could bring in my vehicle then. Ashton did a nice job checking me in and Matt did a great job at the end. A great team effort all around!

My appt was at 11am. my car was taken back at 1140am then brought back out at 1210pm. I was told at 1230pm my car was ready. May be a communication problem between front office and the back.

First service on my car.

Bought a 2018 Ford Edge in January. Made an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Arrived at 10:20 for my 10:30 appointment and was promptly helped by one of the service people. He completed my paperwork and directed me to their spacious waiting area. The area included comfortable leather chairs and coffee, tea, cold water and hot cocoa were available. The time passed quickly and before I knew, it was 11:20 and my car was ready. I was very happy when gifted a ticket for a car was at my convenience. Thank you to all the kind and friendly people that make Mike White Ford a fantastic company to do business with.
