Another one of my funny stories.
So I have an app on my phone called three words.

Around the world there are 10 foot spaces and each space has three words that describe them.
They are all very random words.

Within the Mike White Ford Garage and show room there are dozens and dozens and dozens of these little 10 foot squares. (Its all connected to a satellite someplace in space)

While sitting in the comfy lobby chair three words showed up on the app

If anybody has this app please tell me the three words you found.

Oh by the way I was just there to get my summer tires put on. On my way there a message popped up on my dashboard saying that I needed windchill wiper fluid. So I had them fill that too.

By the way Curly will not take you out to lunch if you ask him, no matter what the service department guys tells you. LOL

Great Experience
Ashton and Brent in the Service department were very professional and informative. I didn't have an appointment and they squeezed me in. They prepared me for a 2 hour window and my vehicle was done in 3/4 of the time.

I appreciate that I did not have to wait to get the appointment. Oil change done quickly with no issues. I also have them change the battery in the key fob-not a problem. The waiting room was pleasant and quiet.

Why reset my personal settings
Service was completed faster than I anticipated and everything was explained when I picked up my car. I just wish they would leave my personal settings the same way they were before they serviced my car.

The service department was excellent!! Talked with Joe prior to coming in , he explained my options and handled the problem promptly , and professionally.
The car was done according to the timeline he specialized.

Customer service
We didn’t receive very good customer service. Open arrival technician didn’t seem interested in our concerns. He didn’t listen to what we told him needed to be done. After confronting him about not listening he became defensive and continued to tell us we didn’t tell him a couple items that needed done, when we in fact did. He had no consideration to the fact that we had to travel a long way to receive service. We felt very dismissed.

Excellent Service and Friendly Staff
Christian made sure that my car was going to be ready as fast as he could. I always have the best service and even when waiting on site for my car to be done I always get checked on by other staff. They are outstanding!

Typically I love Mike White Ford... But, Sorry guys, but our last visit was not good at all... After waiting a month to get on the schedule for a simple Oil change and Tire Rotation (something I pre-payed extra for during my purchase). We finally got an appointment for last Saturday morning. We arrived on time and decided to wait at the shop. Everything seemed OK. We ran a few errands and noticed a smell of Oil. I figured it was a simple spill and would eventually burn off. I was wrong. Just as we were about to head home we stopped for gas and realized several quarts of oil was leaking underneath our Jeep. We immediately took it back to the shop and spoke with the lead technician. He was very apologetic and mentioned they would get it on the rack immediately. Upon inspection they found the oil filter had not been fitted correctly and was leaking oil. They said they were pressure washing it and topped it off again and took it for a cruise to make sure it wasn't leaking again... Well... Its still leaking... In fact it leaked all over my garage over the weekend. I'll be taking a day off of work today to crawl underneath my jeep today to make sure everything is legit myself. I can tell already they didn't spray off anything as the entire undercarriage is still soaked with oil... Hopefully its not stripped... Hopefully its just oil left over from the original accident. Hopefully my Engine don't blowup a week from now... SMH...

I was late for my appointment an the service guy was polite an explained my options. I agreed to be put on a list an they would get to it as soon as possible. One hour later I was driving home. I will be coming back.

Battery
My battery in my Escape quit on New Years Eve and after charging we were able to drive 45 minutes away to Mike White Ford. We first called Curly and Tyler and they made sure that we would be taken care of.
