Great Service as As Always
I had my oil change scheduled and realized one of my rear break lights was also out. I called ahead of time and they said they would do their best to get it taken care of (depending on parts being in stock) I arrived early to my appointment but they were able to take my vehicle back early. They also repaired my rear light as well. Service techs were super friendly.

Excellent and friendly service!
Mike White Ford’s service department is top-notch. They’re very professional and very efficient. This is the second time I’ve taken my truck to them for an oil change and tire rotation. Both times, my wait was less than an hour. They get right to the task, and they’re always so friendly and courteous.

Ford truck to chevy truck
I had a real bad experience with the service department. I feel like they were blowing me smoke, lied to and taken advantage of. Feel like i wash slapped in the face by the salesman with the offer he made me. Adding it all up i went and traded my Ford Truck off for a chevy truck.

I came in for an oil change, and they were extremely informative with the inspection. They were quick and charged me less than quoted because I didn't need a tire rotation. Thank you, Mike White Ford!

Oil change
I had "the works" service done on my F150, which took two and a half hours. A little too long. The technicians report form was a little light in detail for what was done. Most people don't read this, but I do. I am overall impressed with this shop. I bought my 2017 truck here and all departments have been courteous and helpful. Special shout out to Toni in the admin department who really helped me out getting my truck Florida registered. She went the extra mile to help me out. Good shop with good people.
