Positive experience
As a retired ASE certified auto technician and fleet supervisor, I am critical of service providers. I have never had a bad experience with Mike White Ford.

Oil leaks mentioned but could not tell me what is leaking?
Couldn't tell me where the oil leaks are so I can have them fixed? I thought this is why I have the dealer do all my oil changes. Disappointing.

Never nice or personable
Seemed like every vehicle exiting the garage/service area was going faster then they should. Expected to have a shuttle available yet they only have that on certain days of the week which would have been nice to know in advance. Nobody explains anything and when you ask questions they don’t have the answer and act like that’s ok. No go find the answer. Bunch a guys standing around and never offer to assist or ask if they can help because “they” aren’t the ones who helped you in the first place, like you’re not my customer. They were done with my vehicle and didn’t pull it up around through the service garage like I had to when it was dropped off like Subaru does. Ford hands you the keys and says it’s outside.

When I went to check out after a lengthy wait, there were 6 guys behind the counter but not could help me???? I was getting angry. Had already sat in the lobby for 1 hr and 45 min with a 4 year old. I asked one guy to check me out and he couldn’t, he was busy. Ridiculous! 6 of them……..really???
