Car was worse then when I brought it in
I had a short in my tail light brought it in for that to be fixed and was expecting them to cover it because that is what I was told. Then come to find out it was covered. So instead of replacing a bad harness they cut the wire harness connector out and spliced it together I go and pick it up and they acted like it was an inconvenience that I had them do the work. When I got in my car the battery light was on. I went in and talked with the service guy I was working with and he said there was nothing he can do. I had my wife and 2 kids in the car and it was 2 degrees. I said screw it and starting to head home because I’m done with there service shop! I made it to Home Depot before my car completely died where I had to call and wait for them to bring me a rental car and then the service person decided to tell me that I needed to find a tow truck and I needed to figure out how to get it back. I just paid to have something electrical fixed and they instead screwed my car!
I would strongly recommend people take there vehicles anywhere but here!

Best ford dealership in the pnw
Hands down best customer service for ford dealership in the PNW ! I won’t take my fords 3 min down the street to the closest dealership instead I drive 45 to use Mike White because they are that much better !

Fast Efficient service
I get factory trained technicians to work on my truck and yet they are less expensive than the local quick lube places. However, the coffee could be better.

Slow leak
My wife showed low pressure, took to your Service Dept. Found nail. They
said it couldn't be fixed, sold her a new tire for $289. #1 I'm going to take that tire to my tire guys, and if they can fix it, I will have a problem with you. #2 $289 is crazy high, and I feel you've taken advantage of my wife in your Service Dept. I just bought all new 10 ply traction tires for my pickup truck and they were only $200 per tire. Come on, guys! If you want me to use your Service, you can't pillage me
when I come in. I won't put up with it!

It’s always a pleasure getting my Ford F350 serviced at Mike White Ford. They are always so professional and courteous. They also do what they say they’re going to do and deliver my truck on time. Tire replacement was very prompt, like the next day. I had a ruined tire and was driving on a spare. Also worked the oil change and checkup in the same visit. Very courteous service

Poor service
Had my vehicle there for and hour and 15 minutes to get the oil changed. When I check at the counter they couldn’t tell me if it was ready or not a counter person went to the back to find out. He came back after 5 minutes and told me it wasn’t done and they were going to do it now. I told them not to rotate the tires as I didn’t want to wait. The counter person did give me a free oil change for next visit.
