They Care
I have always been treated with respect. They explain and go over everything that is done to my car. This last appointment the weather was bad. Snowy any icy roads. They came and got my car and delivered it back to me!

Appointment times
It seems as if appointment times have little meaning... Scheduled for a diagnostic time at 930. When checking in was told it would be 2.5-3 hours because they would get to my truck when a tech had time. And that if I had an earlier appointment the time would have been shorter. When coming from 60 miles away would have helped to know that in advance.

Never again
I have always brought my vehicle here for any type of service needed but never again. $169 diagnostic fee (per item) that is not applied if you have them do the work so right out the gate I had a $350 bill just to have them look at something. Very poor policy imo.

New windshield and oil change.
The Mike White Ford service team referred me to Reliable Auto Glass and they coordinated the recalibration with the service team. Windshield replace and camera recalibration went well with a scheduled oil change at the same time. It took several hours but I was advised that timeframe beforehand.

A Great, Honest, Quality Companyess
My experience over the last 30 years with his dealership has been excellent.
They are honest, caring, and trustworthy. Their prices for service are equal to any independent auto shops that I have compared. Ford has all the expensive electronic testing devices at their disposal so they can really investigate an engine problem very thoroughly.
I have bought several new trucks here over the years and had them serviced here. This dealership genuinely appreciates a good customer and had treated me exceptionally well with wise advice, honesty, and even discounts when warranted.
I heartily recommend Mike White Ford.

Unresolved Issue not being addressed
I came in for a recall appt. I brought up my steering wheel button not working if they can see it that day. So the service rep said it will take whole day if theyre going to see it. I agreed to leave the truck and if I could get a ride. Unfortunately they can only give a ride around the area. So I waited the vehicke until almost 5pm. I went to follow up the service rep and he gave me the key without telling me what they did or did not do. I arrived home assuming everything was taken care of. It wasnt done and they failed to let me know. So i called back and was promised they will call me within this week 10/24-10/28 to schedule when the parts ordered will arrived. I am hoping that they really mean and do what they promised.

Return of Pre Covid automotive service
I have been having difficulty finding timely service. This visit was refreshingly different. I went in for an oil change and transmission service. Prior to my appointment, a check engine light illuminated. I anticipated having to make another appointment. To my surprise, my concerns were ALL addressed and repaired. I thoroughly recommend Mike White Ford service.

AJ was a great help
We had engine trouble we received quick attention and service thanks for AJ and team. Turned out needing all spark plugs swapped. One had recently been replaced, and they threw in a new one with the other 5 for free, which I appreciated.

Our vehicle has had a number of issues in the past year and the team has always taken good care of us and made us feel like a priority.

Recall issues
I made an appointment 4 weeks out to have my recall issues resolved. I paid over $100 in Lyft rides for the day as my Bronco was at your dealership. I received a call later in the day that there was a mixup at the body shop that was supposed to replace my recalled hardtop. It was the main purpose of my visit. I was told I would be contacted to setup another appointment. Still waiting 11 days later. AJ was nice, but not very educated on the hardtop recall and what it entailed.

Great group of people
We had an issue because I lost some of my belongings, I brought it to their attention thinking that it was lost while in their shop. They handled the situation very well and professional. When I found the missing items at home I let them know and I felt horrible. They are my favorite dealership to work with. I’ve bought many vehicles from this dealership and I look forward to seeing them in the future for my automotive needs.
