Great Service
This time around was great. The work time was well appreciated and care for our car was great. Still waiting on hearing about the hood for problem, but we’re sure AJ will get back to us soon.

Great group of people
We had an issue because I lost some of my belongings, I brought it to their attention thinking that it was lost while in their shop. They handled the situation very well and professional. When I found the missing items at home I let them know and I felt horrible. They are my favorite dealership to work with. I’ve bought many vehicles from this dealership and I look forward to seeing them in the future for my automotive needs.

Personal items missing
I called this morning to report that an envelope of cash had gone missing from inside my center console. The employee that took my message reassured me that a supervisor would be contacting me. It’s now close to the end of the day and I have not heard from anyone. Very upsetting to not even have a call back. There was absolutely no reason for anyone to even open my center console, much less look through it to find it.

Poor performance
I scheduled an appointment to fix my broken sunroof under warranty the last time I was in for an oil change and said that I heard a pop when opening and found a few broken plastic pieces in the rail. I waited 6 weeks to get in to fix sunroof. I also asked that you replace my rear brakes at the same time if possible. Your service department said it could do this also.
So, when I came to pick up my truck from the appointment I’m told that yes my sunroof needs repaired, and to make another appointment to get this done. Brakes were replaced only.
I was disappointed that the sunroof wasn’t fixed despite the parts to repair are there in your shop. That was the main reason I made the appointment in the first place.

All issues fixed
Car had a shifting issue and the adaptive cruise control/crash mitigation system would periodically issue a sensor blockage. The shifting problem was quickly taken care of. The other issue took a bit longer but was properly repaired. The service department communicated with me and let me know the status and when I could expect the work on the vehicle to be completed.

F-150 repairs
They took my vehicle on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. They gave an accurate estimate of both the amount and duration of the repairs. The truck was finished on time and the cost estimate was as described. The truck is now performing as it should.

Thumbs up for A+ job.
Needed to replace the short block on my 2017 Ford Escape. The dealership had to order the block and kit, which took awhile for the items to arrive. The Escape sat at the dealership for acouple weeks before the repairs were completed. During this time, the service techs were always very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to AJ for keeping me informed. Thank you all for the friendly service and a job well done.

Professional and thorough
Very courteous and professional. My vehicle required some warranty work that required a couple of days - no problem. I picked it up on a Saturday, and needed to call Monday to have the work order explained to me. The work order was hard to understand, not lay-person friendly.

Service Department is definitely lacking
Our 2019 Ford Explorer Platium became completely undriveable when numerous alarms suddenly went off. We notified the dealer the car was being towed to their location. The service advisor stated they would look at it the next morning and give us a call. After several days I called and was informed that since we didn't have an appointment they would not look at it until the following week. The next week we called and was told once again it would be another week before they looked at it as we didn't have an appointment. After 17 days we went above the service department and they finally diagnosed and replaced a computer sensor that had caused the problem. I realize that we didn't have an appointment like you do for "scheduled maintenance" however when emergencies occur and your vehicle is literally rendered unusable there should be some consideration given to at least diagnosing your vehicle.
We have a fondness for the great sales staff, however we cannot recommend the service department.

Disappointing appointment
Waited a month to get an appointment, and my number 1 concern was an alignment issue, they performed necessary recalls and were happy to upsell service work seemingly had no interest in properly diagnosing and adjusting my alignment issue as i left with the same condition i came in for. As a former ASE certified tech and auto repair shop owner this was very frustrating. I told the person who wrote up my truck that was my chief concern and apparently he did not tell the service advisor, and they had to keep it an extra day and still did not make any real effort to fix the alignment, also had the tires rotated and they did not properly set tire pressures afterwards so i had to do so. So i guess ill be taking it elsewhere. Anybody can do fluids and filters.

Engine light came on
My 2017 Escape's engine light came on. Couldn't make an appointment until the 17th of July. Decided to drop off the vehicle early at the dealership, in hopes they might be able to get it in earlier before the 17th. The service department called me on the 24th of June and indicated the vehicle was ready to pick up. I know your department has been very busy, so thank you and I appreciate your service.

More than just routine service
Service performed on 2018 F350 diesel truck. On a recent trip my check engine light came on, it turns out there was a software upgrade required and your folks performed the upgrade. I also questioned the accuracy of the def gauge which they tested thoroughly and assured me it is working fine.
