AJ Mills has been my service advisor for over 10 years and he along with the rest of the service team have always exceeded my expectations. Recall Service performed
The scheduling for service was easy. Pulled my rig in 30 minutes early and was promptly checked in without delay. Service advisor went through what was going to be done and estimated amount of time they would need the vehicle. I used the shuttle service to get me where I needed to go. I received a text that I could text or call for updates on my vehicle, if I wanted information. Everyone was willing to help in order to have a positive experience.

New long block and other needs
AJ, and Daryl where a BIG help in the getting the new long block for my 1998 f-150, also with the other situations that needed repair. The mechanics very good at spotting addtionional repairs needed.
I bought this truck new in 1998, and no one else but FORD has touched it in 26 years.

Service and repair to my 2012 F-150 pickup
The normal service was preformed as usual but there were several things that were discovered that needed to be fixed. I was advised of the problems and OK'd the repairs to be done. The end results were excellent and my truck drives like a new vehicle. I'm very pleased.

I purchased my F150 at this dealership 18 years ago and have had every service including repairs, oil changes, etc done at this same location. It is always honest, fair and with a friendly atmosphere. I think the fact that the pride that it is family owned and operated plays into the great experience.
