2nd Santa Fe I Haved owned

Bought a New 2013 Santa Fe sport in 2013. Traded it in on a New Santa Fe LTD in 2020. Hyundai Replaced the 2.0 Turbo motor in my 2013 Santa Fe at 80,00 miles because the diagnostic software indicated it had the problem with the blocked oil passages in the block that would cause the motor to fail suddenly. I bought the 1st one from Palm Hyundai and the 2nd one from Gettel Hyundai which purchased Palm Hyundai. I have always had the cars service by the them. I was very satisfied with both my 2013 Santa Fe so when I decided to replace it I did not look at another dealership.

Exactly what I was looking for

Great all around purchase with every option for the price. The warranty cannot be beaten. The dealership was a breeze to work with knowing exactly the vehicle for my needs. I was happy they had the vehicle color exterior/interior that I wanted!

had the vehicle for two years and so far no problem

Vehicle looks good, rides fair, and lacks a little power. Roomy enough. .It would take half a day to get oil change at dealer so I pay to have it done elsewhere. I expect that I will probably be priced out of this vehicle if I should decide to buy another car

Service Atrer The Sale, the Same Story, again

Overall has extensive range of driver safety features. Downside is interior materials are substandard regarding appearance and wear considering this is a low mileage garage kept and washed and cleaned weekly.

So far, so good----no problems whatsoever! A little too complicated for me computerized, but that's my fault not the cars.

More vehicle than I needed, but that's not the cars fault, because in all respects it performs as well as can be hoped for with features I either don't understand, or don't need. All in all We're happy with the car

Love my Santa Fe

This vehicle is great. It rides smooth on rough Michigan roads and handles great. Plenty of room for people and large dogs! I can't see myself driving any other vehicle! If you want space and comfort, this is your vehicle.

Excellent quality and value for the type of vehicle purchased

I have had several Hyundai vehicles in the last ten years. Never have had an issue that wasn't easily resolved. Absolutely satisfies with the vehicle. Next vehicle will be either a Palisade or a Genesis.

This car has several options for the money. I love driving it around. I really don’t know what else to say. I get really good gas mileage and it’s very comfortable. It is easy to put the seats down so that I can carry more groceries/things to and from my storage unit, etc..

Hyundai 2020 is overall a great car! I was very surprised I love it this much at being in nothing but pretty much Toyota’s for the past few years. Would definitely recommend anyone thinking about it to at least test drive and you’ll like it too.

Overall it is good!

It functions very well overall! The seats can be more comfortable and supporting the lower back better. When we turn on the engine, it smells bad for a few minutes, which the service center cannot figure out.

I had previously consided purchasing the Ford Edge since I have owned Ford vehicles for the past few years however after comparing the Edge to the Sante Fe, price was a factor but the features and warranty were what made the difference.

I love my car

This was my first car with all the safety bells and whistles and I absolutely love them. The HUD display is amazing as is the improved cruise control. The car drives smoothly. Its pickup could be improved, but what can one expect from a 4-cylinder engine?

Please read all my comments as I have nothing else to add. I like all the features and will always a high end model that has all the bells and whistles. Having a long service mileage and date was one of the reasons I would replace with a newer model before major issues.

Excellent vehicle! This is my 3rd Santa Fe. Reliable car. Fun to drive. I would recommend this car to everyone. Newer(2022 models) is even better looking. Would like to have a little more power in the engine!
