Good SUV good quality. Dealership follow through coud be better sine the prices are premium.

Unless you want to pay me by the word, I intend to say what I want to say with as few words that I feel are necessary. So what do you want to do? This makes me feel unconfortable held to this standard. I can say a lot. Do not make a good experience a bad one by forcing people to do your will.

Love this vehicle!

This Calligraphy model offers so much value for the money. Options normally found in more luxurious lines: Heated steering wheel, heated front and rear seats, ventilated front seats, Numerous safety features, remote parking etc.. Settings aren't overly complicated to set/change. Turbo engine very peppy. Biggest complaint after 6 months is lack of closed storage. Am very pleased they added key fob start as opposed to only being able to auto-start via an app.

What an adventure!

Since this was our first SUV, we have enjoyed it regardless of some problems with the noise level. WE have always driven a sedan. The back seats provide ample leg room. The charging stations for the phones are in the front and back which accommodates all passengers.

Shouldn’t settle.

When I purchased this vehicle, the dealership didn’t have the color and model of the vehicle I was after. Instead I felt pressured by the sales staff to accept this vehicle and gave up the things I was really after, such as a moonroof and leather interior. Understandably, I should have stood my ground, but again found myself feeling very manipulated.

Dealership had problems plus also not able to sell well to females with money in hand (yes CASH!); newly re-tooled Santa Fe not as good as 2004.

I loved my Santa Fe 2004, I liked the inside and the outside; I liked the engine and the AWD efficacy. Loved the Sand exterior, tan leather interior. Loved layout. New Santa Fe WAY too big, I should have been directed by dealer to Tucson maybe? Colors vanilla/ho-hum on 2021 Santa Fe, interior layout mostly just nuts. Also, interior black leather was like driving around in a big dark cave. Ugh. Dealer was unresponsive and main sales rep / contact quit so I was an "orphan". Even with $$$ in hand and budget of $40K dealer unable to sell to a female, sheesh. I do have a brain. Many mistakes by dealer and I HATED my brand new Santa Fe; sold it. Love my new 2021 COPPER with WHITE INTERIOR with Black Encore GX & have 140K miles already. (Hyundai: Hint, hint!). And, desperately need to completely re-do sales approach w/females at dealership and need better vehicle selection, tooling, design. Anotherwords, begin anew ASAP or simply wave goodbye to future sales. With no sales, eventually don't need service either!

I never considered owning a Hyundai as I've driven Jeeps for 25 years but due to the poor service at multiple Jeep dealerships, I decided to explore a different brand. I have not been disappointed. I love my Santa Fe and the Service Department at Platinum Hyundai is top notch!

Nice car easy to drive

we own 2 Hyundai Sante Fe's a 2014 and a 2020 we had great luck with the 2014 except for the engine had a ticking noise from the day we bought it at 55,000 miles Hyundai replaced the motor at no charge we then bought the 2020 Sante Fe. The 2014 just had another engine problem and again Hyundai stood behind the product and at 125,000 miles replaced the engine again --- I would call that superior customer service and promote your products all the time

I really like the vehicle but.

The things that worry me most are the engine reliability factor and the probability of serious delays in acquiring parts when I need them. I waited almost a year for a replacement wiper fluid reservoir.

This is my 2nd Hyundai .Santa Fe. I like this one better than my 2017. The 2020 is a more comfortable right or comfortable ride they extended dented the base and that couple inches made all the difference getting in-and-out of the vehicle

STYLISH AND EFFECTIVE

I replaced my Santa Fe Sport with this model and I miss my sport but I do really like this car. Comfortable ride, great on mileage, larger cargo space perfect for my bowling balls. Really overall a good solid car.

Great looking truck. Very stylish, easy to drive and fun to drive

The Hyundai Santa Fe is a great looking car that give the drive a unique driving experience. The entertainment feature are top notch which is important when you have multiple devices that you need to connect to the vehicle. Truck space is great which I used a lot. Overall it’s an exceptional truck. I would definitely recommend to other drivers.

I have driven this vehicle for 34000 miles with no issues but on a long trip it could have more leg room and a better seat

the overall vehicle is an outstanding vehicle. It does like any other vehicle need some updating. More leg room in the front and more padding in the seat, especially for long trips. the day to day usage I don;t have a problem but the others i do.

Great vehicle, except for the safety system.

I thought I had a great vehicle, with great performance and safety features. But an accident with another vehicle changed my mind about the safety features. The airbags failed to deploy upon impact with another vehicle at highway speeds.

beautiful vehhicle, poor stamina, loud, poor gas mileage, poor power. If you think you can turn, or pullout in traffic and have the punch, NO. You're better off wating, so slow to pick up speed. If you do hit the gas, it's sounds like your tearing up the car. It is NOT a quiet drive whatsoevery. Gas mileage is poor.

The only issue is the dealer needs to fix the frame rusted area. The manufacturer has been responsible about the chipped frame door Have a working order However dealer refused to fix it. Overall it is a wonderful car

Car is great but I have had problems with Hyundai dealer service. It takes several weeks to get an appointment. The best I could do in July to get in the wireless phone charger repaired was October 8th. It took several months to get defective wheels replaced due to lack of parts availability.

This is a comfortable well performing vehicle. There is plenty of room and easy to drive.

This is a comfortable well performing vehicle. It handles well and I enjoy driving it. I like its size and it is easy to get in and out of. Fuel economy is average for its size. The vehicle handles well on the road.
