Excellent SUV

Excellent SUV, with incredible power on mountain hills. Plenty of room for 8' 2x4's, large packages, vacation luggage, etc.. We get about 35 mpg in town with our hybrid, which is nice for this size vehicle.

Incredibly quiet, comfortable and safe..

We really do like our 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid it’s been superb and a trusty friend to my family. Mileage and features have been excellent, rides extremely well even with heavy loads of at least 200-400 lbs and handles beautifully in any weather especially heavy torrential rain. I hit a brick wall of 8” water at almost 50 MPH in the last storms we had dropping my speed to almost nothing in a few seconds, the Santa Fe stayed absolutely straight zero hydroplaning and got me out of a massive pool safe and sound, zero issues of any kind.. It’s a great car, I was actually looking for a Highlander hybrid but nothing was available and the dealer was no help. I have absolutely no regrets that we ended up with the Santa Fe, I’m thinking I might be better than the Highlander..at least for us anyway..

Great into to hybrid technology.

The Santa fe Hybrid has been a great intoduction to hybrid technology. It has the comfort that we wanted and most of the bells and whistles you could ever think of. The fuel economy has been good for a larger suv. Freeway driving at 80mph doesn't net the best fuel economy (low to mid 20's), but town and highway driving is great ( mid to upper 30's). We liked ours so much, that we talked family into driving one and they bought it also.

Good value, excellent mileage for hybrid

Fit and trim is excellent; driveability is good; hybrid mileage is great; capacity is very good; only a few complaints, including: push button control for parking break and for transmission (gear selection) is slow to react; updates can take forever to transfer; and carpet throughout the vehicle is cheap. Finally, backup warning beep has NO off button which wakes my neighbors up every morning when I pull out of my garage.

Amazing features. Cabin noise could use some work. e

I feel very safe in this vehicle. Panoramic sunroof, cameras for turning and parking. Reduce cabin noise and sunroof full screen when open would be nice. I might change from being a die hard Honda driver to Hyundai.

Good car but missing a few things for the price

Car is great and has a lot of safety features but missing two features that I had on a less expensive vehicle. 1 is the ability to set the seat for more than one driver. It has driver one and other driver on the display but it doesn’t do the seat settings an$ you have to manually chang3 them when you change drivers. 2 was automatic wipers that would turn on and up or down when it was raining. Very minor but very nice.

It is very comfortable, It's very quiet. Great milage. We bought it new and are using it for our retirement vehicle. The hybrid is amazing, I never thought an suv could get better milage than our Sonata.

Car Town Hyundai in San angelo tx was extremely dishonest

The vehicle was ok. Car Town Hyundai has turned me off of ever buying a Hyundai again. They were dishonest. I have bought 16 new vehicles including 2 Hyundai. I have never had a dealership treat me like they did. I will never buy another Hyundai.

2023 sante fe limited hybrid

My vehicle is a little over one year old. I generally like the vehicle and its styling. I love the hybrid and its fuel efficiency. Nicely trimmed out with the limited edition. My complaints would be , no cargo cover in the back. At that price point I feel it should be included. The touch screen in the car is easy to use but the reaction time poor. It’s slow enough to make you question yourself if you did actually touch the screen. Overall I would say 8 out of 10.

Never buying a hybrid from Hyundai again

It was in the shop multiple times for battery running out while driving. Everytime service said it was something else. Last time was in more then 5 weeks either only 30k miles and I traded it back in

Better than expected

Wanted this model year due to change coming. Style and size were exactly what I wanted. Still working on taking advantage of all the modern stuff. Was disappointed that the phone wasn’t able to connect to car as I thought. Purchased new phone with expectations that it would work. Ride and mileage are better then I expected. Only real complaint is when starting out from electric to gas, seems to be a hesitation that causes you to think vehicle has stalled. On the whole, I am very satisfied with this vehicle and happy I purchased it

An easy and enjoyable vehicle to drive but feels a bit fragile. Not a sturdy, robust SUV but handles well around town. Good acceleration with the added electric power but motor seems strained at times. Would prefer fewer electronic and audio system gadgets and have a more direct driver's feel of the road . Dealer support and training also a concern, hopefully that comes with more sales and experience in the future.

This my third (3rd) Santa fe, and have all been a pleasure to own!

I've owned 4 hyundai's and a Kia in the last 15 years. I've never felt I couldn't go anywhere at anytime with these vehicles. I can go to a local store or travel across the country. I have watched Hyundai grow from the early days of being the first to offer a vehicle with a warranty no one else had. They proved themselves that way, and then started building cars that were smart looking and stylish. A lot of things hyundai is building in their vehicles, many manufacturers haven't even tried. I knew from my prior ownership, that moving violation one of hyundai's hybrid would be the right thing to do. A few small changes will make this line of vehicles, the best on the market!

Excellent auto

Best I've driven. Surpasses Lexus, Mercedes, Cadillac, Mazda, Toyota and Kia. Excellent safety features, easy to use, especially for older adults. Service Department has been quite company communicative.
