Front pnel replacement
I have been pleased with Rodeo Hyundai for the last 5 years, but I was not happy with the service I received on the repairs of my car this time. The repairs were done to my satisfaction and the car looks great. My problem was with the follow up on calls back to me. I called 4 times in 3 days to find out what the status was on my car and was promised to get a call back all 4 times. I did not receive one call back on these promises and I was very upset with the service at that time. My contact Justin was on vacation so I was dealing with other reps in the service dept. I was finally contacted by the service Manager Victor Vasquez and he took care of my issues and I am now a happy customer and will continue to use Rodeo for all my auto needs.

Check engine light - Reviewed and fixed in less than an hour
My check engine light came on so I called in to the Rodeo Hyundai to get a reading. The service desk was busy to the service department manager came and helped me straight away. He had my car taken and checked immediately. The problem was a VCM sensor. They had it replaced within 45 minutes. My car was @ 60045 miles and was accually out of warranty for that part. However they still covered the replacement as I was only 45 miles over. Exceptional service!!!
