employees not very well trained and don't know their products
service writer was condescending acting like I did not know any more about a vehicle than putting the key in, starting it and driving. He just started saying things that were B.S. to try to justify taking over an hour to do an oil change after waiting more than a week plus to get an appointment ( for an oil change? ) I can't see this dealer making it with this kind of service. The parts department is no better, young guy behind the counter does not know how to do his job and just starts with the B.S. talk making up stuff rather saying he is incompetent. I asked him how to turn side mirror heaters and he said they are on all the time so I said then if they are fogged up they must be defective then he states not necessarily. He told me the standard side mirror would cost $800.00 each ( I went to a ford parts website and found # 17682 right outer mirror, power heated memory folding body color for $315.43 ) not quite $800.00. The management might want to do some training of their employees. I previously had come in to find out what other years the running boards on my truck would fit and the same parts guy said that info was not in the computer, I highly dought that the parts department today can do less the what could be done back in the '70s. It sucks because of employees like yours and not having competition neer by this may be the last Ford I will own.

Good fast friendly service
The service was great which included checking the coolent rating. I was informed tat the rating was to -20 so somme was drained out and antifreeze added bring the rating up to -35. Since using my truck I have noticed spots of coolant on my driveway. hopefully this is the result of draining off some coolent - will watch to see if the problem pesists.

First checkup on my new car.
GREAT..I can in at scheduled time..asked if they could or would have he out by an hour later..they said yes..AND THEY DID..3 minute early..as I was waiting the Gentleman that helped with the sale of my car as we and came over to give a quick Hello and asked how I was doing..Very pleased with the whole experience.

Snow Tires, oil change and recall work
Once again you guys were professional, very quick and everything went perfect for my last service the other day. This is the my 5th oil change since I bought my truck from you and your service is the best in the industry that I have seen. This is coming from a former "car guy". Keep up the good work.

Real Pros
What was for years a chore is now a breeze. Taking my car to Mike White Ford for regular oil changes and standard maintenance is a pleasure from start to finish. Real pros explain what needs to be done to keep my Ford Edge in top running form before getting to work on a multi-point check-up. After reading my paper in the always comfortable waiting room my car is serviced and ready to go in what seems like no time at all.

Customer service with a smile!
Everybody is just so darn friendly!!! From Rick in service, who makes sure everything’s done right, to Mike in finance who is a local legend! I came for a truck, but left with a new place to go for coffee and conversation. Sometimes I sneak in and pretend I am waiting on my truck to be done just to enjoy the company and watch all the progress going on in the newly remodeled showroom. Not your typical dealership!!!
