The Pohanka Hyundai Service Deparment at Ritchie Marlboro Station is the best in this area. I recommend everyone bring their Hyundai vehicles to this location for service.

Thank you for your review. We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve you at Pohanka Hyundai. I apologize that the vehicle was not washed. We only have a few loaners, they usually come in and go right back out. I would like to discuss your visit with you.
I just needed to have a cover replaced on the passenger side floor of my vehicle. It covered the metal track for the seat (when the seat would slide back or forward). Sean called me when the part was in. I was probably there for 30 minutes or less. Then Sean went out to my car with me to try to help me with installing my gps. However, I didn't have an updated phone, so he told me what to do and how to get to MyHyundai.com and what to do afterwards. He was very helpful and smiled all the time. I felt that he was really glad to help me.

I really don't think customer service is a priority. As requested by his response to my first review, I called Mr. Benack two weeks ago, he was not available and I left a message. No call back to date. I love my 2015 Sonata and I would prefer to deal with the dealer for repairs, oil changes, etc.. but I think I'm going to find another service provided.
Good but mechanic needs to be there when service center opens up at 6am.

Had my battery replaced. The representative was very nice and called me to let me know what the diagnosis was for the repair as well as the cost. Picked car up with no problems.

6 am Appointment Fail
Overall work preformed was ok. But no technician there at my appointment time of 6am. It should not take two hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I am the first person at the shop.
