Grear for sales not so great in service dept

I didn't like customer service. The nice went away when I wouldn't let them do extra to my car. 200 to flush brake fluid really . I just replaced my filter swore they we had took to my mechanic they were fine. I don't like to be fleeced. Changed part on my stering column left message on my sheet that no one would explain. I guess cause I'm a lady I wouldn't get it. Car was suppose to be clean wasn't said machine broke but all the other cars were clean but mine...wont be back for service I can get treated poorly by my house.

I had a 6 am appointment for an oil and filter change and a recommended computer system upgrade. Great time management this time around. My service person kept me informed throughout my appointment. All was done before 7:30 am. Good job technician! Much better outcome than my last visit.
