I had purchased tires for my Genesis during the sale (4 for price of 3), however the wrong tires were ordered (no big inconvenience) and the correct ones ordered but I guess after the sale period. The service representative Tundy O'Connor was held responsible for this minor mistake and subsequently paid for 1/4 of my tires cost. I feel this is extremely unfair and she should be reimbursed fully for this. The correct tires should have been discounted as the replacement tires for my vehicle. Unless she is reimbursed for this simple mistake I feel I cannot in good conscience continue to give St. Augustine Hyundai my business, and I planned on purchasing a new Genesis soon. Please do right by an employee who just tries to excel in her job and not monetarily punish one of your fine & industrious employees.

The service department is the slowest that I've experienced.
I take all my vehicles to their respective dealership. This is my second visit to this service department in St. Augustine. The service department is the slowest that I've experienced. I was there for almost two-hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked for only the outside of the car to be washed, leaving the inside untouched, informing the service representative that my wife had surgery and I was concerned about germs. I was informed that this was not possible because the service personnel that wash the vehicles are not used to only washing the outside of the vehicle; my only option was to opt out of the wash completely. Not sure why the service manager couldn't walk over to the washers and tell them not to clean the inside of the vehicle. The customer does not come first at this dealership.
