A whole mess of issues
My engine gave out on 16 due to a recall I was unaware of in late September. Got my car to the dealership, 7 months later the engine had finally been replaced only to find that there are now also a slew of other problems with the car. My car was fully serviced 2 months prior to the engine incident, and now my ABS is out and my battery is dead. Both of these were non existent issues prior to my car sitting on the lot at Hyundai for 7 months. Now I’m out another 3k in repairs for stuff that has happened either due to the engine issue or while in Hyundai’s care. They pretty much said I pay up for the repairs or have it towed elsewhere.

All members of the Service Department were very kind and very professional. I would not take my car to any other place for servicing. While waiting, they kept me informed of the time line as to what was being performed on my car.

Don't have to ask for the best expect the best.
The cars today are far more advanced then when I first started in the 50s driving. Those were simple and easy to maintain yourself. Today it takes a qualified, knowledgeable individual who can check all the key elements and explain them to you in easy to understand terms. "Hyundai Tech's do that".

Service at St Augustine Hyundai
This is our fourth Hyundai from St Augustine. Their service has been great, otherwise we wouldn't have been repeat customers. Their Advisors are very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what has to be done. Their scheduling is such that there is a minimum wait time to see an Advisor and the estimated wait time is fairly accurate. We have been very satisfied and happy with their service.

Wonderful, wonderful Service all around
I leased a Kona at St Augustine Hyundai and that experience was amazing. Easiest car purchase I ever made. Everyone was so helpful and bent over backward to assist.

First service and that experience was amazing also. I have never experienced such friendly and helpful staff. The service was quick and thorough. They brought me home and then picked me up again.

Go to St Augustine Hyundai if you truly want a great experience all around.
