Very busy dealership, even at 8.30 am.
Service staff are very knowledgeable and they cope very well. I anticipated a long wait but everything was excellent and done quicker than I had expected. As my review title says, It was an excellent experience.

Never AGAIN
My car was there for 4 months. During this time I was not communicated with at all. I did reach out to the service manager several times about this communication issues. I took the initiative to call and leave voicemails and I would say 50% of the time I got a phone call back. I had to let them know when the loaner car‘s registration was expiring and then I also need an oil change. I never once was given a correct timeframe or even an update with my car unless I called for it. I was in a loaner vehicle for several months that they sold while I was driving it and try to exchange it for a much smaller vehicle knowing I had a family And we literally would not fit in a vehicle. After my car was there for several months they tried to force me into buying a battery when I told him I recently replaced the battery they told me that I could buy a battery or I could come there and they would jumpstart my car so I could take it somewhere else to purchase a battery. The service advisor also told me that I had purchased that battery at AutoZone in July 2019. I called AutoZone to check for myself and they had no record of me purchasing the battery there, neither advanced auto parts or O’Reillys which are all the shops local to me . When I asked how he knew where I bought the battery and what my warranty was I never got an answer. When I asked to speak with a manager they called to tell me my battery was OK after being put on a trickle charge all day. The service manager did replace it after I lost my patience with the situation. I also sent an email to the general manager and never even received a response. I had to leave work at least twice to go up there 45minutes from where I live so that I was able to get some type of answer or solution. Hyundai should be ashamed. The lost wages, gas, undue stress, and monumental inconvenience was so unprofessional and unfair.

I rated this routine maintenance visit only a 4, because it was unusual for it to take so long. With all the current staffing issues & supply chain problems, delays can be expected. My rating was a statement of fact not an indication of disgruntlement. The tin of cookies on the car seat was a nice touch.
