Customer Service at its best!
We had an issue with the motor of our drivers side back window of our Santa Fe. I called the service department and talked with Steve. Steve asked me to bring in our SUV that day so they can take a look at it. The service department was very busy, however after meeting with Steve, he immediately ordered the part and said he will have it installed ASAP. They did exactly that. I would personally like to thank, Steve, Ricky, Blake and the entire service department for their compassion and understanding of our situation. Best regards,

Courteous and responsive service
I dropped in to the service department without an appointment to inquire about an appointment to get my oil changed before I leave on a trip. Even though they were booked up for over a month, they worked me in and took care of a recall I was unaware of.

60,000 check up
The only issue I had was my key fob was still causing having issues. The battery was replaced but I still had to use the app on my phone to open my door and lock my door.

Happy happy so happy
I am satisfied with the car dealership in general. The waiting is very comfy and the temperature is just right. I went to another dealership but the service wasn’t near as good.

Friendly Staff, efficient service in a timely manner and a reasonable price
I take my Hyundai Santa Fe to the dealer because I want the work done correctly. I have tried Oil Change shops and have had many problems. I brought my car into Temecula Hyundai. They checked me in right away. They were friendly. My service advisor was very knowledgeable. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the price was competitive. They even recommended a good place to get some lunch while I waited. I now live in Vista but it's worth the drive to get my car serviced by knowledgeable professionals.

Overall the easiest experience I’ve had
I went in on a weekend expecting to have my car looked at on Monday And they gave me a call 30 minutes after I left letting me they did a quick inspection and confirmed the things needed. There was great communication and made the process easy and painless. I’ve was attended to quickly and felt the excellent service immediately.

Will recommend if you are filling an insurance claim!!
Well.. I have been taking my car before there mainly for oil changes. After that I took my car since I did experience a huge change on my vehicle they were able to figure out the issue and did fix it were very great on communicating that with me, also keep in mind I did fill a claim thorough my insurance! In a instance they seem they wanted to get paid because when I was ready to pick up my vehicle they wanted to know figure out I had the money which is reasonable to ask! After they fixed the problem I was notified about another issue in which I stated to them I have not experience that issue other wise I would of told them about it. They said they will look further into the situation and told me it would not correlate with the issue they fixed in my car “ I said okay” left the dealership thinking my car was okay. Which it was, however I’am experiencing the issue they had told me about, I reach out to them until this day I have not heard anything!
