Exceding Expectaions, Earns Customer Loyalty
The overall experience was excellent. The entire process from scheduling to pickup at the end showed how they keep their customers needs as the first priority. Brought my Sonata in for the 105k service and a recall notice I'd received. The recall had been extended for vehicles up to 100k but I did not get the notice until after already having reached 102k. Steve E. my Service Advisor contacted Hyundai for an exception and of course they said to bad, so sad but No. He continued to research options until he found a solution. Needless to say he saved me a considerable sum of money and Temecula Hyundai can count me as a loyal customer.

Hyundai representatives from check in to completion were knowledgeable!
Friendly and caring, the service department at Hyundai Temecula has great people. I was welcomed, checked in, and guided to the lounge within my first five minutes. They knew which service I had requested so no duplication of paperwork. The lounge was cold, coffee machine out of order, but vending machines with snacks and drinks were available.

We apologize regarding the temperature in the waiting lounge with our crazy weather of hot one day cold the next we try to stay on top of readjusting the temperature but it must have been missed that day.  Unfortunately the coffee machine was out of order that day but has now been fixed. I would like to apologize on behalf of Temecula Hyundai for these short comings. I look forward to seeing you on your next service.
