Thank you for your feedback I apologize any misunderstandings from what I informed your husband when he brought in your vehicle.  We had discussed the part was going to be several days out until the part would be available which would land around  time and he stated you were going to be off work  and not driving to Temecula due to being  on vacation for the following 2 weeks and would not be available to bring in the vehicle till after the 1st of the year. We then spoke it was ok to drive and  that you could bring in the vehicle early in the morning and we could shuttle you to work so he would not have to drive up to Temecula  to get your car from work and bring it in. 

I check on the part this morning and unfortunately the part that showed it was available at Hyundai was not and is now on back order I apologize for the inconvenience as soon as the part arrives we will reach out to you to set up an appointment.

Have to have work done? Do it here!
I took my car in for it's 60,000 mile service. It's a lot of work and a pretty big price tag. Steve broke down everything that would be done. When he called and said that I needed new front brakes, he wasn't really telling me anything I didn't already know. After thinking about it over night, I called the next morning and asked if I could get it done that day. He said "we will make that happen", and they did. I feel better having an authorized dealer do my car maintenance. She is going to have to last me another 5 years. It's been a great first 5 years with Temecula Hyundai.

I go to this Hyundai Becouse I have a service contract with them. The service has been good up to this point. They don't really do walk ins but if you make an appointment then its all good.

Great friendly and fast service!
I recently had to bring my brand new car in to the service shop for a brake adjustment. I am a commuter and have had a couple of incidents where I have had to slam on my breaks, apparently it caused my rear brake drums to need an adjustment. I stopped by the service center at 9:30 a.m. with no appointment. Everyone was a very friendly and helpful, they had me out of there with the problem fixed and my car washed in less than 3 hours. I was fully prepared to spend all day there so I was more than pleased with the time that it took to fix the problem. I will definitely bring my car back to this dealership for all my service needs!
