Like I always said in the past freedom is the best dealer in Berks co. And has the best service ce dept. with super low great prices.
Everyone is fast and efficient and no on pressures you.

TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE
We have had problems in the past with our service but ever since Steve is back in charge we get great service. Steve is a true professional and great at what he does.
The communication was fantastic and when we picked up our car it looked just like it came out of the showroom.
Welcome back Steve you are probably saving the dealership relationships with customers, you certainly have saved our feelings from the poor service received in the past.

Service is on time . Workers are very helpful and courteous.
Have just one complaint. Could not get my complimentary car wash, because the worker was finished for the day. My appointment was at 2pm. But overall the service is good!

Good service
Good service overall. I had some struggles with making the initial appointment for my recall but just tried a different number and it worked just fine.

I would recommend this service dept. to others. My husband works for a garage and that's the only reason I won't come back for an oil change or whatnot.
