Service completed was great. Especially since I missed my original appointment. Car wash was more of a rinsing instead of a washing.

Good overall
I was happy with the service manager. What I'm not happy about is the fact that I had to pay for my oil change . When I bought my truck they said my oil changes would be free.

New inspection and change of oil - pretty quickly
It was convenient to take my car to the dealer for new inspection, change of oil, etc. they even washed my car. We sat down at the dealer’s place and waited there til they were finished with my car. They did a good job.

Friendly, quick, honest
My experiences here have been mostly good but this most recent appointment was the best. Besides being friendly and professional, the turnaround time was really quick and they were honest enough to tell me that I didn’t need all of the services that I thought I did.

Great communication and quick service
My car was towed to Freedom Hyundai. They communicated with me the following morning and even though I didn't have an appointment, they looked at my car and had it ready the same day. Although I had to leave it again after driving it a few miles, they fixed it the following morning and apologized for the inconvenience. The customer service was superb.

Very nice staff!!
Good customer service!! I felt like they genuinely cared about me and other customers there.the service tech explained to me that I didn’t need to get unnecessary services done when my vehicle only needed an oil change. He explained that with the mileage my vehicle had it would be cheaper than what the coupon was for because my vehicle only needed the oil change at this point .. I really appreciated that because in the past at other dealers service areas they would try to offer other services that were not necessary . Bad experiences in the past.!!!!

Great Experience
I had an oil change and state inspection done at Freedom Hyundai. Scheduling was completed at the time I wanted. Work was performed in a short period of time and I was on my way. Great experience.
