Great service

I am so happy that you have Steve back in Hyundai. Before his arrival we had nothing but problems with service and now there is a feeling of confidence that everything will be improved.
On my last visit I only gave the service 4 stars and that was not a reflection on how much Steve has helped us but more a slight slap for the poor service we received before Steve took over. I don't want to leave a wrong impression because Steve has always been on top of everything.

Great service Again

Called to make an appointment and got one for the next day. My appointment was foe 1:30PM. Started work on it right away. Service technician was done inabout an hour and 15 minutes. Car got washed and away I went.

Friendly and would like to get your problems fixed

Alls well that can be expected from the freedom auto group in Hamburg but there should be a batter fix for the double clutch there’s a lot more hesitation in pulling out than any clutch I have ever driven weather the clutch had 20 miles on it out 300,000 on it I had all types and was a mechanic for 25 yrs they could make changes to the system to fix the problem and once it is no longer under warranty I will be changing parameters in the Tcm and ecm to make it better.
