Excellent service!
The staff and service at Freedom Hyundai are excellent! I waited until the week before my inspection was due and they were extremely accommodating as far as scheduling an appt. Steve and his whole team are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the free inspection for life and the bonus free car wash, too! Thanks, Freedom!

Friendly, Professional, Honest, and Quick
I took my car in for inspection/emissions. Steve got me checked in quickly and he was very friendly as well as professional, and was able to explain to me exactly what to expect throughout the process. When he called to let me know why my car had not passed inspection, he offered to get the problem resolved the same day, which was done. I was able to pick my car up later that afternoon. All of the staff I encounter at Freedom are always friendly and professional, like Steve, and--this is the thing I value most--they COMMUNICATE with me when there is an issue. They don't do work without permission, and they make sure to include all of the details of what services they would like to perform, as well as a quote that is generally within ten dollars of the final price (with taxes, etc.). I would recommend Freedom to anyone that I know with full confidence.

everyone is pleasant
I think 2 hours is a bit excessive amount of time for an oil change and car wash, next time I will have someone pick up the car as sitting there 2 hours is more time than I can spare when I get an oil change

Great All Around Dealership
Everyone we have encountered at Freedom Toyota/Hyundai since purchasing our Toyota from Mark Murray to service of our Hyundai with Steven and his team have been friendly and accommodating. the first vehicle I purchased there was a winner, so I returned and scrapped the idea ofpurchasing a Subaru.......now, not sosure I made agood choice......the issues are still relavent.
I sent several of my co-worker to purchase from Freedom and they did....unlikely to happen in future.....
