Possible Recall
Took my car in due to possible recall. Told me to bring article about same. I did and he did read it while I stood there. They found no recall and he explained the process. They still checked it out. No problems. You can’t ask for much more than that.

Improvements made
Eckert’s service department has been adequate but not exceptional when I’ve visited. I’ve sometimes felt like I’ve been an irritation rather than a customer, and the waiting room has felt like they’ve wanted to provide only the necessities. Things are changing. New paint. New furniture. New management. They are serious about providing a higher caliber of service for both Hyundai and Genesis patrons and it shows.

So-so Experience with good car service but poor customer service
I love Hyundai vehicles, and personally drive a Genesis. For an upscale brand, the service fails to live up to expectations. Not that the service was bad (it wasn't), but it just wasn't a very pleasant experience. I'd like to be as comfortable at the dealership as at my home, but the customer lounge was uncomfortable and not very conducive to getting work done. A small investment would yield big results.

Thank you for your feedback. I completely agree with you. We currently have plans to remodel our waiting room to make it welcoming and comfortable. Actually not just plans, painting is happening this weekend with phases 2 and 3 to follow. As you know, we were Hyundai dealers originally and admittedly need to grow in our luxury offerings. Excellent Service - Wear a Mask
The service crew is excellent. Everybody wore a mask. Customers need to stay outside the waiting room if not wearing a mask. 2 older gentlemen chose not to wear one and one started coughing. That's the only critique i had and hope that the waiting room and restrooms are sanitized often.

Always a great experience
As always, I received prompt and courteous service from Eckert Hyundai. I had a warranty issue for an intermittent problem which is never fun because you know the problem never occurs when you bring it in. However, they did a great job of troubleshooting the issue and were able to fix it! I have always been very happy with the service I receive here.

Engine replacement
At around 75000 miles, the engine in my 2014 Santa Fe required replacement, due to a cylinder failing. The service technician at the dealership was very courteous and professional in assisting me and keeping me up-to-date with what was going on, and also accommodating with my need for a loaner vehicle that I needed for work. Thankfully, as I had the mind to purchase the extended warranty, the engine cost me nothing.

Now, I have a practically brand new Santa Fe, thanks to Eckert Hyundai and their team of specialized service technicians.

quick and timely
60,000 mile service. I was surprised that really nothing was needed other than oil change and tire rotation. They used
to wash my car every time I cam in but that hasn't happened the last cpl visits

We will be more than happy to wash your vehicle anytime you would like.

Just let the service adviser know on drop off, it is a hand wash and it extends your stay around 20 minutes.
