Excellent experience, as always
I appreciate Eckert for taking care of my car’s maintenance. I don’t ever feel swindled or slighted. I asked for a service I thought I needed and was told they would look at my car in the shop, prior to quoting additional services. That is admirable! They have built a brand you can trust. Thank you all!

Oil Change and Vehicle (State) Inspection
Appointment was quick and courteous. Appeared to value me. My only beef is having to wait for the appointment. Not the appointment itself. 1.5 weeks for this one. 2 weeks for prior. This may be a sign of the times. Because I don’t recall previous appointments being that far out.

Definitely Recommend
My overall experience with Eckert Hyundai was good so far right from scheduling the appointment to the service.Whenever I mention about any issues,they diagnose it and immediately order parts incase of under warranty issues.They followup with the scheduling the appointment as soon they get the parts.Overall I am happy with the service.

Tucson clutch issue
I brought a 2018 Tucson sport in June 2021. I immediately realized that it was not preforming properly such as, take off was slow and sluggish, shaking when waiting to move forward and in reverse. I contacted the sales person who sold me the SUV. He said, that's the way Tucson ran not convinced, I contacted the service department and talked to them about what I was experiencing. So they scheduled an appointment to check out the problem but found nothing. Meanwhile the problem wasn't getting better. So I called the service department again and complained that the problem was still there. They scheduled another appointment. It was then that they determined and diagnosed that I had double clutch problem. Made another appointment to have it fixed and now it's running better. Thanks to the technican who scanned and diagnosed the problem.

Fantastic and above my expectations!
The Hyundai dealership surprised me with how quickly they were able to identify the problem and solve it. Customer service was great. Overall, I had a great experience.

Very friendly staff that communicates well with the customer. They greet you as soon as you drive in the service bay and take their time going over the car issues.

Of course, on one of the hottest days of the year, the A/C on my 2020 Palisade decided to take a vacation. The next morning I took it in to the Eckert Hyundai service department, where not only was I able to drop it off, but fortunately the parts were available and they made the needed repairs on the same day... again, Thank You..

Great job!!!!
My check engine light would come on and shut off. I explained what was going on and I would told they could look at history.
They did a great job!!!!! The most important thing is I was not turned away like one dealership did.

Great service as usual!
Had our Santa Fe in for a oil leak. They were quick and kept us informed. The repair was less than I expected as well! Service staff is always friendly!

Improvements made
Eckert’s service department has been adequate but not exceptional when I’ve visited. I’ve sometimes felt like I’ve been an irritation rather than a customer, and the waiting room has felt like they’ve wanted to provide only the necessities. Things are changing. New paint. New furniture. New management. They are serious about providing a higher caliber of service for both Hyundai and Genesis patrons and it shows.
