Better than average service and good communications!
Had to go to the dealer for service as a needed cable only Hyundai had to be replaced on my 2006 Azera. Spoke with the service manager Mike Southern and he is excellent in his dealing with a customer concern! Also Ricardo Garcia, the service rep went out of his way to satisfy my small needs of extra bolts that came off somehow of the engine cover! The tech who actually worked on my cable replacement did a good job and left a greasy pull handle and dark grease on the engine cover. I guess I expect more from a Genesis dealer as this model is their highest quality and my Azera was their most innovative model in 2006 so I expect more from a Hyundai dealer when serviced. All is better than average at this dealer!

Its been a pleasure taking my vehicle to the dealership. Service Adviser is very helpful, great service and the dealership is so nice. Very comfortable place to wait. I'll always take my Hyundai to the dealership.

Great Service!!
This dealership’s service and kindness is top notch. Leaving my vehicle in their capable hands lowers my stress. They go above and beyond. The last time I had my car in for service, they swapped out my battery as their tests showed it was ready to die and they didn’t want me to get stuck on the side of the road in an unsafe situation. Superb!

I brought my vehicle in to have diagnostics run. Ricardo was very informative and was up front about what was wrong with my vehicle. The service department worked quickly and were able to repair my vehicle in one day. They got my car done and called me as soon as I was able to pick it up.

Great Advisor!
I feel we are so lucky to have Ricardo as our service advisor! He is so friendly and very honest, never pushy or rude. When it’s crazy busy, he remains calm and respectful to all of his customers. When I have questions, even if not directly related to the work being done on my car, he takes the time to assist. I have wittinessed the way other otherss treat their customers and I would not return if treated that way. I wish you could clone Ricardo—he’s amazing!
