brought my car in on a monday with no appt. due to a starter failure, they were able to replace the starter that day.

great service for urgent issue
My battery showed signs of dying. At 6pm I dropped in to the Hyundai dealership. The service department had just closed but Ricardo helped me by explaining that the car could be left there overnight. They would evaluate and replace/repair the next morning. This is exactly what happened. I was grateful for his kindness and the efficiency of the service department.

Was surprised to get a call today from my service advisor. He wanted to apologise for being so busy checking me out after my most recent oil change and wanted me to know that he would be sure to take time with me each time the car came in for service. I am a senior woman and can now rest assured that Ricardo will make sure I understand that my car is getting everything checked out and "good to go" each time I bring it in. This will give me peace of mind. I love my Hyundai and feel safe driving it. Thank you, Ricardo!
