Efficient and caring

Immediate service the minute I drove into the service area. I was walked to the service desk and introduced to a service rep who took my information quickly and assured me they would take care of the problem. I was called before the time I expected and told the car was ready. Pick up was also easy and quick. Problem was solved. Well groomed and pleasant service attendants who treated me as if I was their favorite aunt. Loved what to me was special treatment but I think it is their standard for everyone.

Easy Cheesy

Easy in and out service... The Works Diesel service, plus I received a call from the service writer that a recall was on my truck and thye would take care of that too, if they could have the truck an additional hour. Mind you this was on a Thursday at 3:30 in the afternoon! Truck was done by 5:15 for everything. Everyone treated me like I was the only customer, easy convenient, greet experience! Thanks to everyone at Mike White Ford for making not only the buying experience the best of the best, but the service as well!

New Customer

I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I drove my truck into the service department. I was quickly greeted by Matt who, like everyone at the dealership was pleasant, friendly, polite, respectful, and helpful. I was instantly impressed with their phenomenal customer service. Matt carefully reviewed the vehicle inspection results by the mechanic with me after the service was done. Mike White Ford gave me the impression they truly cared about having me as a customer.

Thanks for the timely service. It would be nice if the service guy would try harder to get the oil in the engine and not on top of it...lol thank you though guys we appreciate you taking care of our families truck.

Mike White Ford has friendly people and I’m always satisfied with the work done. My only complaint is the amount of time I have to wait to schedule a service (oil change), on that I would give you one star.
