always great service....top notch...

one thing: I has asked, and he wrote it on the work order....that my tires, after rotation, be at 65 on the front and 70 on the rear. Well they completely disregarded this and put them both at 75. Why? It was written down and talked about. Maybe they did not read the instructions? trainign needed?

Though initially there were issues with the software and printers that slowed the buyout process of our lease vehicle, Matt Koppel and the entire staff at Mike White Ford patiently stayed the course and got it accomplished. My gratitude is extended to the cheerful always helpful crew that made my family's business with them a pleasure.

Honest, easy to work with.
They take care of your vehicle and prioritize safety. Our Expedition needed new lug nuts and a 3rd brake light bulb. They did for us in the time alloted for an oil change and tire rotation. The cars are always done early and correctly. Thank you again!

recent oil chane
no issues with the staff or their service it was good, just as always.

We had purchased our f250 and bought a service (oil change package) package. We have used 3 of the 6. The remaining 3 will expire in June. I asked if i could trade a oil change for windshield wipers, they said they weren't allowed to do it. It was our bad on buying the service package for our pickup, we didn't use it enough to justify the cost of the package. I wont be buying a service package again.

Quick Response
My wife's battery died on our Ford Fusion Energi. After I jumped the battery three times, I got it going and switched to hybrid battery mode and drove to Mike White. They squeezed us in and replaced the battery. Good job!
