This is by far the best Ford Dealer
Being a former HVAC service contractor, I have purchased dozens and dozens of Ford Trucks-Vans. In another state. When my wife and I relocated to Northern Idaho, We purchased a new F-150 4x4 from Mike White Ford in Coeur D' Alene, Id. It was so pleasant, and at your own conveyance, we had a great experience. Now the end of April 2022 we brought our new F-450 motorhome to Mike White to have factory recalls inspected . A service date was set & the day I brought for inspection as well as an oil change, Matt & the whole entire service dept, treated me as if I was there best customer, even though my motorhome was purchased in Spokane, Wa. This Dealership is exactly what northern Idaho citizens are known for, friendly, kind and respectful, I was so amazed I would rcomend this dealership to anyone. Great Job Mike White Ford. Oil change and consultation were great.
Great experience. All employees were great. Went in for just an oil change but they checked brakes, batteries, leaks, topped off wiper fluid, thread height and rotated tires. Never tried to upsell although mentioned down the road I was not pressed into buying right then. I like that a lot.

one thing: I has asked, and he wrote it on the work order....that my tires, after rotation, be at 65 on the front and 70 on the rear. Well they completely disregarded this and put them both at 75. Why? It was written down and talked about. Maybe they did not read the instructions? trainign needed?
