Not real happy

I am happy with the communication from Kevin while going thru this process but I'm not happy that it took 21 days to have something fixed that is covered under Warranty. It took 11 days for my vehicle to even be looked at and I was not given a loaner vehicle at all. This Truck has been in your shop for repairs with 4 different problems that were either covered under under Warranty or under recall. What a piece of junk vehicle; it only has 42,000 miles on it and who knows when the next breakdown will be. Probably done purchasing Ford products.

Great Customer Service

The service staff is always friendly and does a great job of welcoming me. Their appointment reminder system and shuttle service is very convenient and the work they have done on my F150 has always been impeccable.

Great work with difficult situation

Kevyn, Chelsea and the whole team worked really hard to fit in my vehicle without an appointment. It was a challenging, intermittent issue and we all worked together to get it sorted out. I appreciate their patience, dedication and kindness.

The people that work for you make your place a step above!

From the moment that I pulled up to the service department I was treated as though my time was important to them.
All of the Mike White Ford associates that I dealt with were professional, courteous and friendly.
Also they have a well run shuttle service! We had a friendly and safe driver!

Great service

I’m always greeted with a smile and prompt attention. The work was done in a timely manner and I appreciated the shuttle ride home and back.
After arriving home I discovered something that I had a question about so called Kevin ,my service person, and he quickly answered it.

All around great Ford Service Center!

Very professional advisors (Kevyn was excellent), excellent communication, Saturday service hours, one of the better check-in facilities and waiting areas, and professional wash services when finished.

Disorganized.

When we showed up the check in person said we did not have an appointment but it had in fact been set via phone conversation with the service manager. They said they’d squeeze us in. Uh, no, I had an appointment and I wanted the mechanics to take their time and fix my vehicle correctly and thoroughly. Everyone is in a big hurry and apparently not interested in being helpful. I was quoted one price and charged another with no new service added. Where can a person buy a $58,000 vehicle AND get good service for that vehicle. Nowhere.

One bad thing against my car is that the engineers did a dumb job as you have to remove front to change bulbs.
