Truck had transmission problem.
I drop my truck for some problem it was having. And they found out was was wrong and Keven made a plan for fixing it. There really great and very helpful. They even bought my car back to me. You can really trust them them. I would recommend Kevin to everyone.

The repair was cheap & a pleasant surprise!
We experienced a horrible noise coming from the front axle of our F 150 2017 4x4. I knew it be easily over $1,000 if it were the IWE’s that needed to be replaced. However, the technician found it was a vacuum valve that was failing that was causing the IWE,s to not fully engage. I walked out paying under $150.00!!! And a free car wash! Thank you Mike White Ford!

AJ is a rock star!
I’ve built a relationship with AJ over the last 6 years. AJ recently was promoted to be lead over the Technition as I understand it. However, I called and asked for him. He responded quickly. Fuel and Def don’t mix. He got my truck in and out with a completely new Def system so much faster than initially suggested. What I appreciate about AJ and Mike White Ford are the relationships coupled with the expertise. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience.

We needed service on our Bronco unexpectedly on a trip. Took it to Mike White Ford and they provided us a rental car. They were upfront about cost and communication regarding the repair was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

First service
After experiencing so drivability issues I was able to get to Mike Whites Service facility. They responded quickly in getting the vehicle looked at. Because a time frame was unavailable for repairs a free loaner was offered. After getting home about 2 hours after dropping off the vehicle I was called that the issue was now resolved. When returning to pick up the vehicle was given a comprehensive explanation of what caused the issue and how it was resolved. The vehicle is currently operating perfectly again. Appreciate the quick response and the attention to customer satisfaction.

Recall
This was a recall for F-150s equipped with the Max Tow package to replace the rear axle assembly because a bolt or bolts could start rattling. They fixed this issue by replacing it with a better bracket.

The appointment went well. I now have a proper right front hub that was taken care of under warranty. With fresh oil my truck is ready for our trip to Alaska.

We had a 10 appointment and was told that it would be done about 3. Heard nothing so we came back at about 4. Was told that they had just started and it would be ready in about an hour. No one called. Lack of respect for our time. Communication during the day would have been better
