Always a great experience with Mike White Ford
My Escape had to go in for recall service. Mike White Ford brought a rental to my house, took my car to the shop, then returned my car and took the rental back. All the while, I received constant communication by text, email, and phone calls as to the status of the work, including, very accurately, when the valet was going to arrive. Hands down fabulous service. If you're in the market for a car, Mike White Ford for absolute sure! SO glad I bought my car there.

Oil leaks
I recently brought my truck to Mike White Ford in Coeur d'Alene due to an oil leak. I was assisted by Kevyn Erbe and the team, who were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my warranty covered the cost of repairs. They also arranged for a rental car, making the whole process smooth and convenient for me. I'm impressed by their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. Complex Situation Handled Well By Kevin
Kevin was confronted with a GMC Denali Arcadia SUV, purchased “used” from Mike White (Curly), brought in on a Mike White at time of purchase warranty - for its first Mike White 6 months maintenance inspection - finding a main drive train oil leak - still on Original Warranty. Kevin made arrangements to have this situation handled on original warranty by a nearby General Motors Car Store. The fix is currently in process! I commend Kevin for handling this complex situation so very well! Chuck Walker
