Mobile service experience

I am so grateful for the mobile service that was provided to me by the service department. It was such a great way to take care of the repair needed and the two young men that came were professional and did a great job. I am a senior and also caregiver to my 94 year old mother, so I am so glad this option was available.

I do not have any issues with the mechanic's work, they do a great job. What I do not appreciate is having to make multiple appointments for multiple problems to have serviced. Recently, when I booked an appointment several weeks in advance giving them a list of requested service items and diagnostics for problems I had experienced, having the vehicle dropped off for all services to be done in one visit, keeping the vehicle as long as they needed it. I dropped the vehicle off 3 days early after hours. The morning after I dropped it off i received a call from a sevice rep reviewing all the sevices I requested, and was told no problem, that they would work on it as they could fit it in. Then recieved a call on the scheduled appointment day from Kent. He expressed it would only have an oil change and a seperate visit would be needed for other servicing. He argued with me on my request to replace parts that were over 15 years old and failing that I had booked for. He expressed that THEY would determine what parts needed to be replaced on upon their evaluation, and not on my request for old part replacement. He went on to say they dont have time to accomodate my service request. Keep in mind that I was dropping the vehicle for as long as they needed it to get the service performed in one visit. I'm not sure why they are asking to make multiple appointments to get service. This will drive customers away! I have 4 Ford vehicles of which three were purchased from CDA dealership. I also had a similar issue when booking another appointment a month ago on another vehicle, oil change only then seperate appointment visit for other services, even on drop off as long as they need it. This seems to be a trend. With limitations on schedules, extended drive times to the dealership and fuel prices, multiple visits are not appreciated and more than an inconvenience. This new policy of multiple visits for mulitple problems needs to change. We are not going to tolerate it. Mike White service center get your internal department schedules together and service your loyal customers, or they will no longer support you.

Arrived 5min. early, was met by service person filled out work order. Staff friendly and professional as always. has coffee in waiting room and service completed in good time. Price has gone up, but so has everything else. But great service for the Bucks. Have come to this dealership sense buying my care here, and always leave happy. thanks Guys.
