Ok for a car place but...
The tv in the lounge area is so loud and there is no quiet place for people to go. Some folks like to read or work while they are waiting.

Fast and quality service
I was expecting to be at the service center for about two hours waiting while my car was getting an alignment and air filter change. I had an appointment, but it was still a busy Saturday afternoon. Nonetheless, my car was done within one hour of my parking it until the gentleman came to tell me the repairs were completed.

Friendly Customer Service and Prompt Service
From my initial salesperson Scott to maintanence performed on my new Hyundai I have had a great experience. There was never any pressure to purchase and they were very helpful in getting my payments where I need them. My salesman followed up with me on my satisfaction with my new vehicle and offered assistance with anything in the future. Even the finance manager was honest and pleasant to deal with, I've never experienced that! When I come in for my service appointment they always greet me promptly and get my vehicle right in for service. They give me an estimated time for service to be completed and they are pretty much on the money, which I appreciate!

I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking into purchasing a Hyundai to visit Hyundai of Wesley Chapel they are really a great dealership to do business with!

Longer than usual waiting time.
Same good service and friendly employees as always, however, my appointment took longer than usual for a 15,000 mile service. Appointment time was 8:00am; I arrived on time, but didn't leave until almost Noon. Have had this type of maintenance work done before, and it never took as much time to complete. Maybe they were short-staffed on technicians that day? Still happy with the dealership, and anticipate buying my next car there again.
