Great Service
I purchased my 2018 Santa Fe here. Came in for my second oil change and tire rotation. Hyundai delivered this car with a defective tire. I pointed this out to management and they replaced the tire no charge. They went "above and beyond" my expectations.

Great Service
The service was fast and reliable- we even received free lunch which was fantastic. Received my car back in fast. The only thing i wished they would of washed it as a courtesy. It wasn’t washed or vacuumed. Not sure if that’s a courtesy thing but that would of made the trip really worth it. I traveled 45 minutes to have it serviced at this location. Other than the car wash it was a great service.

Put Your Trust In Justin!!
I was very pleased with the service Justin provided at my visit to the dealership on August 31st. I needed a Driver-side bulb for the headlight, and the back-up sensor stopped making noise. Justin had the oil changed, bulb replaced, and getting the sensor to work consisted of pressing a button. Thank you for the quick and professional service!

Sante Fe AC odor problem.
This is my third new Sante Fe and this is the first bad service experience that I encountered. This problem was allowing mold and mildew to enter the interior for over 1 month. It rendered the A C unusable.

3 times a charm!
I went into Hyundai to have my passenger tail light looked at as it was taking on rain water. First time "we have to order the part and replace" we don't keep those in stock. Okay waited a week took it in, then replaced. The replacement took on water. I thought weird, scheduled to take it again to have looked at. Mind you all this is under warranted item repair, replaced again they had the part that time. I told them to check the spoiler on the trunk door and gaskets, okay they said. I believe they didn't look at all it took them all of about 40 minutes to change. I found strange because they told me they have to order that part. Within a 3 days from the replacement it takes on water again. So this time I scheduled the appointment had a new part ordered. Took it a day earlier asked for the Service Manager told him what I EXPECT to be done and do it, do it right. I asked to see the part. At this point I told him I had a trust issue with their service. They had time to look at that evening before my scheduled appt on Saturday so guess what they found a few things. gasket around trunk was leaking, spoiler was missing a bolt all of which was taking on water. So it took me to go all the way to the top service manager to get the quality service I should expect a dealership where I bought the car for their warranted product. So I Thank you Mr. Keith Flynne Service Manger at Hyundai Wesley Chapel for TOP NOTCH service. I expect next time your staff to be on the ball like you. Thank you Mr. Keith Flynne you have regained my trust. It is fixed and not leaking and I am happy!
