Great customer service
They are not just great on customer service, they also care about customer. I was there with my baby for oil change and that day was raining a little. After they were done with oil change they even drove the car inside the service area for us so we wouldn’t get wet. This thoughtful act but means a lot for us, specially my baby had a quite high temperature that day. Thank you very much!

I will definitely have a word with them so we can improve moving forward. I apologize Justin left early due to personal matters but should have communicated to you regardless. For the inconvenience, I have notated your account with a complimentary oil change and rotation for future use. The tires you purchased do have a 2 year in house road hazard coverage, the 1st year is fully covered and the 2nd year is 50% coverage. Good Service Department
Your service department is decent. As a Genesis owner, I do think, your dealership lacks that extra attention and service manager's undivided attention that I expect from other manufacturer's like Lexus or Mercedes. Your dealership needs to up the game in treating customers when they arrive to drop off their cars. The counters at the Service manager's desks look like Grand Central Train station, too busy and too Chaotic. As a Genesis owner, I feel like I should be treated with priority and first class service including loaner cars. This may not be your dealership problem, this may be a Hyundai company issue. Hyundai as a Car company still seems to be operating like a fly by night, low budget low income cheap car company. I will contact Hyundai directly and let them know how I feel.
