Exemplary and Honest Service at Eckert Hyundai
Even though I live now in Trophy Club, which is over 20 miles away from Eckert Hyundai, I always come back to this dealership for major services and maintenance. Sometimes I called the service department and they offered me expert advice at no cost via the phone. For example, I had my car's battery changed in Walmart, but somehow the wire became loose. My car would not start and when I opened the hood and slammed it closed, my car would start again. I told the Eckert service staff the symptom and he told me to go back to Walmart and tell them to tighten the wire. Walmart tightened the wire for free and my car started without issues since then. This kind of support from Eckert made me and my family one of the long lasting customers of Eckert and Hyundai in general. Eckert is the best dealership for Hundai.

No place like it!!
As a single female the fear we have is that we will be taken advantage of bc of our "perceived lack of knowledge" when it comes to what our vehicle needs. I bought my car the day it came off the truck and I have remained the only driver for almost 10 yrs. My car just recently hit 73k and I have little over 1000k left to pay on it and it's finally mine. I have continued for the 10 yrs to take my Tuscon back and have early maintenance check ups and I will continue for as long as I owe the car. Eventually it will be time to do a trade and my next vehicle will be a Hyundai from Eckert. The level of respect I get is by far the best ever. If they ever need a happy client testimony I would be more than happy to say it all again. Stay true to your customers and they will always come back.

Great Service
The people who helped me were super nice and very welcoming. However, the recall was supposed to take 2 hours, then when I got there it was 3 hours and ended up 5 hours.

Convenient location for me.
Service seems adequate. Only came for oil change and car wash and these were done promptly and professionally. Lounge area seemed small and cramped. Water was difficult to get since machine took money without dispensing product. Staff did get my water.
