In your case the vehicle the specialist was working on took a little longer to diagnosis and repair and that should have been conveyed to you. If you would please reach out on your next visit. Oil leak that was hard to locate
My 2012 had an oil leak that was extremely difficult to locate. Jake was very helpful and would not give up until I was satisfied. Given a loaner they kept my car until they were sure the problem was solved and kept me informed throughout the process. Everyone truly went beyond my expectation to make me happy. I will definitely keep returning for both service and new car purchases!

Great brand and car. Dealership has always been the best. Only problem I've had is an oil pan leak that can't be fixed. But if I check oil and add as needed and pressure wash the driveway I should be ok until the fire comes.

Made Appt for Major Service, apparently an Engine Air Filter and Cabin Air Filter needed replacement, was NOT done.
Got a snail mail card saying my vehicle needed an Engine Air Filter and a Cabin Air Filter within a day of my service appointment. WHY WAS THIS NOT DONE AT MY SERVICE APPT?

 I apologize for the confusion, the manufacture sets things by time and miles, We actually look at said parts and replace them if needed. There is no way to know a filter is dirty without seeing it and on your report they are both good. That is why we didn't replace something you didn't need sir.

Honest, reliable, friendly service.. Go out of their way to make sure your safety and satisfaction are met.
The engine had to be replaced in our 2011 Sonata and Eckert Hyundai did all of the leg work in dealing with Hyundai for the warranty replacement. We didn't have to do a thing. They also provided a loaner car while waiting for the engine and installment. We couldn't have been treated better. Much thanks to Jake and the entire Eckert staff and Hyundai motors for taking care of not only our vehicle but us as well.

Relief
When you have a morning of dealing with flats and towing it can be frustrating. Once I got to the dealership it was smoothe sailing and I was not raked over the coals in repairs for the the flat tire either. Was a huge impact on the rest of my day which was fantastic due to the service dept at Eckert Hyundai!!

Horrible noise after oil change
Make sure to record every inch of your car engine before you take it in because after service I have a noise during engine start up that can’t be solved and I am the one having to make calls to service to follow up

Michael,

   Please by all means bring your vehicle back, we don't want you to experience these concerns anymore than you want them. The manufacture has specific parameters that we must follow and, one of the said procedures is whats called audible sound test, this is performed with a microphone into your crankcase. Here is the concern the test will not operate until engine has reached normal operation temperature. So if you could please reschedule for a later date when vehicle could be left for a couple days if possible. We understand the frustration, we also will help to resolve your concern.
