I would recommend the service department, but ensure your plate holders are the same as when you left the car.

Thank you for the feed back from your recent visit here with us at Hyundai On Perryville . I was the gentleman in the back office that also quickly spoke with you . Yes you are correct i don't have a specific reason to why they were changed . We don't change plate frames to benefit our dealership as that is one way that we are able to quickly identify our customer and that they purchased they're vehicle with us . Unfortunately the only answer i have to this situation is the car wash , which ours has been known to brake them . i apologize about this i am more than happy to take them off for you or put new ones on for you .

Was in service dept. for my free oil change, tire rotation and inspection at Hyundia on Perryville Rockford, IL. Service dept was friendly got me in right away and on my way. Service dept looked very clean and waiting area was comfortable. Great experience.

Had a minor issue with some work they did on my vehicle this time. (I have always been very satisfied in past visits to the service dept)

The service manager was very concerned and addressed the issue. The service department has always tried to provide the best service and make sure that I was satisfied with the work.

60,000 mile maintenance service
A coolant flush was part of this service. The coolant tank was bone dry when I looked under the hood the next morning. Obviously they didn't bother to run the engine up to temperature and then recheck the coolant level to make sure they got the air out of the system. They had the car for over 6 hours, so they had the time.
