Drive right in sit for only a few minutes problem taken care of car washed driveaway
I went in for my first routine oil change/inspection since purchasing my car. Very easy to make appointment, drive right in, have a seat and before I know it, I was told my car was done. By the time I was done paying the car had been run through the car wash and was waiting for me out front. Excellent service thank you thank you

AMAZING SERVICE!!
Always take my 2013 Sonata to Hyundai and they treat her like the great car she is. My 17 year old grandson recently borrowed it for a week...did NOT want to return it. Wanted me to take his Mercedes. I said, " No thank you...".

Great Customer Service. Roberta and Sebastian are especially helpful and go above and beyond: great customer relations on their part.
The service staff offer great customer assistance on a consistent basis. They go above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated and focus sincerely on any concerns I may have regarding my car's care and smooth functioning. They are knowledgeable and quick to assist me in any way possible. Roberta and Sebastian are on the top of my list as examples of your employees who are deserving accolades for their positivity, integrity and quick responsiveness to your customers.

Service department needs better leadership
Even the review takes longer than it should...

When things are going to take twice as long as it should you need to let the customer know. There is not a place out there that brags it takes over an hour for an oil change.. No one would go there...

Water pump problem
Dealership said the wiring harness had been repaired by someone. First of i knew of it. Said black tape not factory not theirs either. I must have had repaired some place else. The car has always been repaired at their shop. Shop said needed tech to look at the auto about who would pay.
