Service was absolutely awesome !!!
Everyone I spoke to in the service department was so professional, nice and helpful especially the main person I dealt with John Grosso !He did everything for me...My engine blew do to a recall on my 2012 Sonata and he walked me threw the entire process from having my car towed to getting me a rental car to fixing my car and then returning it and even did inspection all in a week !!! Thanks much John ! Awesome service !!! ?

If you get a chance go to Atlantic Hyundai in West Islip and ask for service Advisor John Grosso his professionalism and knowledge of your vehicle you will find no place on Long Island. I highly recommend this dealership for their service on the cars that they sell. Great staff and atmosphere.

John, our service tech was great. Work was done correctly and quickly. Waiting area nice and clean.
We came here for a recall. We had a 7 a.m. appointment and they opened right on time. Everyone there was friendly. The only reason we would not come here all the time for service is the distance factor from our home.

Great Staff - service manager Tim T. is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with recommendations on hoe to get the correct service for your car.
