Dave is awesome
There were a few issues with my last visit. However, Dave the service manager reached out to me and wanted to get to the bottom of them. After our conversation, he assured me that they are working to resolve these issues. I definitely appreciated that. He even offered me a free detail coupon for my truck. Though I still have an issue with the dealership overall (the loaner car policy), the service department is “A-ok” with me.

Dave is awesome

Try another dealership
My last experience here was not great. My service advisor, Will was cool. However, the service department is quite backed up. I understand things are delayed now days, but to not offer a loaner vehicle is quite inconvenient. Other dealerships offer this service, not sure why pohanka doesn’t. Forced me to have to spend a ridiculous amount of money to rent a car for two weeks.

I’m not pleased with my car service i still feel in safe driving with my Family in the car not shifting no power going up hill I know I it a 4 cylinder still should make it up the hill without getting hung I must get out of this Tucson I always wanted a Hyundai but not please with this one very disappointing and dissatisfied
