Service dept is awesome
Recently I had a problem with my vehicle.
Everyone in service worked hard to find the problem; they did and it was fixed in a timely manor.
Jeff white service manger is always there to listen to your vehicles problems.

Frank in the service dept is excellent.
Service department overall is excellent
Timely repairs freindly staff.
Sales department gives you the typical new car run around sales bullshit i went in with my 2018 Tuson last summer with cash got the run around and i just ended up leaving. I ended up leaving and buying a brand new Ducati motorcycle $22000.00 CASH no sales dept bullshit. They gave me a price over the phone when i got to the dealership i paid the quoted price. Walked out 24hr priority mailed the $2200.00 check the next day motorcycle was delivered on day 3 best experience ive ever had in a dealership. Since the age of 21 i have bought all brand new vehicles 87 chevy Iroc. 2 brand new Isuzu troopers 91and a 95. Brand new 2014 Hyundai sonata. Brand new 2017 Hyundai Tuson. Brand new 2018 Hyundai Tuson . went to upgrade to a. Brand new 2019 Hyundai Tuson got the typical new car run around (ive got to check w/manager) bullshit after they quoted a price. Typical dealership b.s Empire Sales department needs to set itself apart from other dealers.Ducati sales dept was excellent so i bought i a motorcycle there instead of the new Tuson i had my eye on. The Ducati is The best money ive ever spent on a vehicle.WITHOUT any sales bullshit. Their sevice sales and accessories personal are all top of thre line associates . FRANK in the service department is outstanding as is the service department at Empire Hyundai. My thanks to the sales department for the run around though without them i would not have this SMOKING HOT 2021 DUCATI. THANKS. Mark
