Eddie was amazing!!

I typically take my car to this dealer for service on my car and every time I’ve always came out pleased with the service I’ve gotten. But just a few weeks ago Eddie went above and beyond. So it unfortunate that I needed a new engine on my 2013 Hyundai Sonata limited. My engine clocked out at around 139k miles. I just say I was definitely nervous as this has never happened to me before so I had no idea what to expect. Took my car into the dealer early Monday morning only to hear from Eddie that it sounds like I might need a new engine based on the sound he was hearing that was coming from under the hood. Days later after the car was inspected turns out I needed a new engine and some way some how Eddie got my engine approved through Hyundai. Can you say I was the happiest man on earth just to hear those words! Once again Eddie has taken care of me and pushed through the request for a new engine for my car and was able to get it approved. Which is why I continue to get my car serviced at McGrath city Hyundai for these simple reasons. They have an amazon team and I couldn’t have been more greatful.
