I prompty received a call of apology for confusion regarding the request. Car detail services are a separate service for a charge. What was given is what the courtesy card stated - an AutoGuard service. What should have been requested, and what was subsequently given, is a VIP Wash. Lori was very responsive and great to work with to resolve the matter
