Mirror replacement

I needed to have the entire side view mirror replaced. The appointment was scheduled fairly quickly. They took care of me and I was in and out in about ninety minutes.
The service and quality are always excellent.

Great Service, Great Staff

I came in when someone stole my catalytic converter, Eddy was great explaining what I needed to do with insurance, police reports, and with the service department. Got everything taken care of in less then 2 days-amazing. I even had McGrath replace my break pads and coolant. Everyone from the service staff to the cashier was helpful-Funny story - when the cashier was helping with my bill someone called her up on the phone and started swearing and yelling racist things at her for no reason. No context, she picked up the phone and he started spewing obscenities I could hear standing back from the counter -she professionally told him that she wasn't gonna take his foul language and said good bye. She handled it perfectly, that guy was an ass, and she had every right to yell back but she kept it together like a champ. Keeping together under a crazy situation-that was great.
So as the title of my review says great service-quick turn around on repairs and everyone was amazing getting me the help and information I needed.

The service and knowledge of Eddie Villega

Eddie is a great person with great customer service skills, greets his clients with a smile and shares his knowledge of the service business with his his clients, Eddie males sure his clients know exactly what's wrong and why the problem needs to be corrected, repaired or replaced.
Eddie always has a smile on his face and while talking to Eddie on the phone one can tell that Eddie is smiling.
