Brand new to McGrath with an old Hyundai

I was a loyal customer at another Chicago area Hyundai dealer until 2017 when I had a bad experience in the service department and no one responded to my complaint. Needing to try another place, I looked online and found McGrath. It was easy to make a service appointment, a problem at the previous dealership when they decided that they would no longer take oil change appointments. I was quickly greeted at McGrath upon arrival.The service advisor reviewed my previous records and made recommendations regarding what services were needed. He showed me a quiet place to wait and work. The work on my car was completed before the promised time. My 2008 Hyundai Elantra is a great car and now I have found a great place to have it serviced. Thanks for your help.

Much Improved!

My experience at this dealership in the past has ranged from fine to downright awful. This time It was greatly improved. I was greeted warmly and sincerely. I was not pressured into purchasing additional services. Quite the opposite, the person checking me in suggested less service was needed. What a concept! He listed to me and whatever concerns I had, reminded me I had some recall service coming, and took care of everything well. Consider yourself redeemed!

A Real Warranty

Got a check engine light on my 9 year old Tucson so took it to the dealer to find out what was wrong. Turns out the transmission was failing but under the 10 year, 100k mile warranty all was covered at no cost to me. Great to have a real warranty. Also the service people were very nice.

Amazing service

My car had an engine recall needed new engine took it in thinking it was going to be in service for weeks. Eddie at Hyundai mcgrath got me out of there in less then 2 weeks car is good as new! Very great customer service no complains at all overall sstisfied. Most definitely will continue getting my car services at that location.
